Delivery information
We bring your food to your door, or you can collect it from us for free. Not sure if we deliver to you? Call or WhatsApp 067 721 5985, or check your suburb on our Delivery areas page.
What delivery costs
Free delivery on orders over R650. Otherwise the fee depends on your suburb and is shown at checkout before you pay:
- R40: within 8 km of our depot in Glen Athol, Sandton. Same day if you order before 12:00.
- R60: 8 to 15 km. Same or next day.
- R80: 15 to 25 km. Next day.
- R120: 25 to 45 km. 1 to 2 days.
- R110: courier to the rest of South Africa. 2 to 4 working days.
- Free: collect from us at 99 Riverside Road, Glen Athol, Sandton. WhatsApp us to arrange a time.
Distances are measured in a straight line from our depot. After you order, we confirm a delivery time with you by WhatsApp or phone.
Frozen chicken and fish
Road runner chicken and Kariba bream are delivered frozen, packed to stay cold. Please be home to receive them and put them in the freezer straight away.
Frozen food is delivered by our own drivers only, in the areas we cover. We do not send frozen food by courier, because we cannot guarantee it stays frozen. If your order includes frozen items and you are outside our driver areas, we will contact you before sending.
On the day
- We will WhatsApp or phone you when your order is on its way.
- Our drivers will carry your order to your door. Heavy bags of mealie meal included.
- If nobody is home, the driver will call you. If we cannot deliver, we will arrange a new time with you. A second delivery attempt may carry the delivery fee again.
When your order arrives
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is missing, damaged or not frozen, tell us straight away. See our Returns and refunds page.
